Movement Ninjas provides a mobile Exercise Physiology service from the Greater Brisbane area to the Northern Rivers region of NSW. We work with you and other medical and allied health professionals to help you move better in the comfort or your own home or a venue of your choice.
Moving has a wide range of emotional, social, psychological and physical benefits. However, if your movement capacity is limited it can negatively impact your capacity to complete activities of daily living, work and enjoying life to the full. We supply all the equipment for your sessions.
We can work with any space that you have. This includes lounges, garages, courtyards, decks or an outdoor venue of your choice.
Good question. We suggest comfortable clothing and shoes that you would normally use for exercise or moving.

In your first session we want to get to know you, what you’re looking for and how we can help you. We will get clear on your goals, look at your current movement patterns and capacities and map out a plan.
